A fun way to to start running. If youve never run before or are trying to get back in shape add a little fun to your workout by making interval training a game. Try to run the distance shown faster than the time specified, if so you beat the level and unlock the next challenge...if not, try again. 24 levels each more challenging than the next. Designed to motivate runners for higher intensity workouts by making a game out of interval training.
